CLAN: RiverClan

DESCRIPTION: Warfrost is as his name suggests: a machine built for battle. His compact but large body structure makes him a monster in combat, as is appropriate with his personality and name. Warfrost isn't awkwardly tall, nor is he slightly short. He'd have to be somewhere in-between, of a medium height, if not a little bit taller than most. By a few whiskers, at least. Warfrost is broad-shouldered and large; bulky with pure muscle, of course. Do to his muscles, Warfrost never appears skinny or bony, even if he's starving in leaf-bare. Although his powerful, large build is far from gracefully slender, Warfrost has the body design for maximum strength in battle. Do not mistake his intimidating size for being invincible, however, Warfrost can be beaten just as easily as a smaller cat.
Warfrost's fur is what Twolegs would call a tuxedo pattern. Almost entirely black, Warfrost has an area of white on his muzzle and chest, which is connected. His paws are completely white, along with his tail tip. His fur is long, giving the deceptive image of him even being larger than he truly is. Although his fur isn't Persian long, it is quite considerably lengthy. Strange enough, his tail isn't feathered or long-furred like you usually see on long-furred cats. Because of this, it's safe to make the conclusion that in certain places on his fur, the length ranges from short to long, varying slightly in-between. Don't forget Warfrost is also purebred RiverClan, making his fur sleek and shiny with the waterproof oil that helps all RiverClan cats swim swiftly and easily.
As for his eyes, there isn't much to say. They're a dull yellow color, darkening to a dark amber right at the outer rim. Unlike some cats, his eyes aren't as expressive as they are for others. Warfrost usually portrays his emotions through his ears, tail, and facial expression. Because of this, his eyes are normally portraying a cold stare or dark glare, even when he's in a good mood.
Although it is debatable whether voice traits are of physical description or not, they will be included here for lack of better place to put them. Warfrost's voice is normally of two tones used either independently or dependently together, varying when affected by emotion or intention of what he's speaking of. Warfrost is still a young warrior, so his voice isn't a raspy whisper like some creepy cats. Rather, it's quite normal. Deep and low like most toms, strong and steady with youth, and calm and controlled with experience. His certain and precise tones make him an excellent speaker, so he's very persuasive. many can find comfort in his deep, rumbling tones of reassurance. Warfrost hopes this voice tone will help him rise in rank in the Clan. His second tone of voice is rarely heard by others, and consists of smooth and silky quality. However, it usually bounces back and forth between shrill hisses and fiery growling. In example, what you'd hear from a cat who just got its tail stepped on and is very pissed. Not likely something you'd want to encounter or be near when that happens.

PERSONALITY: It's only natural that if a cat looks like a monster by appearance, it probably is a monster in personality. But if Warfrost is any type of monster, he's hiding it very well. Cats from other Clans might perceive him as a bloodthirsty demon, from only seeing him in battle or at Gatherings, but Warfrost's Clanmates say otherwise. He's kind and courteous to his fellow Clanmates, always willing to lend a helpful paw to anyone in need of assistance. Whether it be cleaning out old bedding and replacing it with fresh moss and soft feathers or checking the elders for ticks, Warfrost is nothing but a big softie to his Clanmates. The angelic, well-behaved sweetheart that everyone has come to know and to love.
Or rather, the deceitful mastermind they've been so flawlessly tricked by. RiverClan believes they know who Warfrost is, but they have no idea. If prompted with the question about what Warfrost is like, they'd simply answer he's a helpful, loyal RiverClan cat. But do they know him personally? This question is left unanswered in uncomfortable, thoughtful silence. Warfrost actually is as much a mystery to his own Clanmates as he is to other Clans. He's a stranger in the midst of those who claim to know him.
So who is Warfrost? He's a classy criminal, who'd just as soon show you true kindness as soon as hedgehogs fly. He's a smooth-talking son of a gun, lying to your face while stabbing you in the back. Darkly delicious, this devious tom is a womanizer, shamelessly flirting, out of sight of the rest of his Clanmates. The select few who actually know Warfrost know him as a crafty and sadistic devil who'd do anything for a good time. A dangerous combination of a troublemaker and ambitious rebel, Warfrost could be capable of anything- so don't you dare turn your back on him.
Warfrost is particularly clever in covering up his tracks, so any accusations are easily avoided. If he's done a good job, though, there will be no need for accusations, thus keeping his Clanmates blind to the danger they might be in. Like his fur, Warfrost is a mixture of purity and darkness. Warfrost's signature talents are manipulation and corruption, fascinated by how the smallest thing can trigger an effect of chaos and destruction. He's unpredictable, like a bomb that could go off any second. Take caution when you're around this shady creature; machines built for war do not know love and mercy.

HISTORY: Nightclaw and Blueflight were lovers. Redfang was also another lover of Nightclaw. It was a vicious love triangle that was bound to end in heartbreak. A twisted romance that was doomed even before it began, Nightclaw successfully managed to have both she-cats expecting his kits. Torn between the two, Nightclaw settled on Redfang as his mate, being younger and far more attractive than Blueflight. Of course, Blueflight was heartbroken. Yet instead of sadness she felt anger. Anger that Nightclaw would curse her with kits and then run off for some young piece of tail. Blueflight, driven mad by being treated like crowfood, let this hatred consume her. Upon the day of giving birth to his kits she finally snapped. She had three kits. Three males. And all looked like their father. Considerably pissed now, she gave each a horrible name that reflected her anger. Bloodkit, Thornkit, and Warkit were defenseless against their mother's rage. Bloodkit and Thornkit had already met a bloody end by the time Blueflight's Clanmates arrived to stop her. Miraculously, StarClan must have found favor in Warkit that night for he was saved from also being brutally beaten to death.
Blueflight's Clanmates managed to calm the enraged queen down, trying to reason with her rationally. First they said that no matter who the father was of this kit, she should love him. Secondly, they tried to get her to change the kit's name to something nicer. Last of all, they made a final, desperate plead that she might possibly give her kit to one of the other queens. To all offers she refused, but however did not kill her final kit. Day by day Blueflight watched Warkit grow up, becoming strong from her milk. And each day her hatred grew, strong for her own kit as it was for his father. She filled Warkit's mind with negative ideas, telling him how worthless he was. That he'd grow up to be weak and stupid like his father. She also told him that love can be the greatest weakness or the greatest strength, but in the end it was a fool's illusion. Blueflight taught him that it is far better to be feared than to be loved.
Warkit became Warpaw in his sixth moon, an apprentice determined to become strong. As a young kit, all he knew was hatred and what his mother had told him. It was on this that he built upon, training restlessly until his muscles ached and his paws bled. Warpaw wanted to become the strongest and most feared warrior of all the Clans. After harsh training and hard work, Warpaw became a muscled machine built for battle. He became a warrior, and learned many more things- like how to lie. And so RiverClan only thought of Warfrost as a helpful, kind warrior who was unquestionably loyal to his Clan. And so they thought.
