Just wondering how many of us are going into Highschool next year or are already in Highschool.
So have you guys done your schedules yet? If not what are you thinking of doing? Are you excited, nervous? Are you going to a normal Highschool or one that's more "advanced" (can't think of the right word right now, but anything that's more towards the arts or the sciences, etc). Is your Highschool known for anything in particular?
I didn't get my schedule yet
, but I got a list of my requested classes. It may change but I'm hoping it won't.
*Lunch (Yay I'll be eating! ;D).
*Freshman Seminar (Like Study Skills for ninth graders if you've ever had that. It's required *rolls eyes*).
*English 9 Honors
*Global 1 Honors
*Algebra
*Earth Science
*Earth Science Lab
*Spanish 2
*DDP (Design and Drawing for Production, a tech class)
*Phys Ed
*Health
So all together that's 7.75 credits so far plus the credits I have from Middle School. That's about 1/3 of the credits I need for an Advanced Regents Diploma (24). If I follow this tech class and keep taking them in a specific order I can get an Advanced Regents Diploma with DISTINCTION.
I plan to spoil myself for my first year in Highschool and get all the more awesome school supplies. I've been pretty frugal about them, ESPECIALLY last year, so I think it's about time to splurge.
